Fees
Fees for services are quoted during the initial consultation. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total fee upon completion of service.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the original date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
2. Info Products
Our info products include digital guides, checklists, and webinars on property transaction best practices. Access is granted upon full payment.
Access and Usage
Info product materials are for personal use only. Any redistribution or sharing is prohibited.
Refund Policy for Info Products
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact us at Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
3. Goods
We offer printed materials and official forms. All physical items are shipped from our office.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days.
Refunds and platforms
Damaged or incorrect items may be platformd within 14 days of receipt. To arrange an platform, contact us at Contact Us. platforms are subject to supply availability. If an item is out of supply, you may choose an alternative or request a refund. Approved refunds for goods will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Extended Refund and Reimbursement Policy
We strive for client satisfaction. Below is an overview of our reimbursement terms for each offering:
- Services: Deposits are non-refundable. Adjustments for service cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be applied as credit toward a future service within 6 months. No credits or refunds if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before service.
- Info Products: Eligible for full refund if the product is unopened and unused within 7 days. Requests must be sent to Contact Us.
- Goods: platforms or refunds for damaged or incorrect items only, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
No other refunds or reimbursements are provided unless specified. All approvals are at the sole discretion of Marvella.
5. Modifications to Terms
Marvella reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
